Our trail
Our nature connection practice will begin among olive trees and then it will continue on a shaded trail in a lush woodland leading to a fairy-tale like setting with a lake and a waterfall. In this magical place we will close our session with picnic and we will celebrate our nature connection experience with sounds and songs.
General information
This is a very slow and relaxed walk with a route no more than 1 km and of approximately 2 hrs in total for all the activities. We start with an opening circle to meet each other and ground ourselves in the space. Throughout the walk, you will be given a series of “invitations,” all of which allow you to drop into the body and be in relation with the environment. Guides work in partnership with the natural environment to see what nature is offering that day. This means every walk is a completely different experience.
There will be opportunities on the walk to share stories and connect with other participants. The walk will close with a circle. This is a come as you are space, meaning all ways of being are welcome.
Weather-appropriate attire recommended plus be sure to have comfortable walking shoes (preferably closed shoes) also water, sunscreen and anti-mosquito cream.
