Ingredients:
- 2 slices of watermelon, diced
- 200 g of feta cheese, diced
- half of onion, diced
- a handful of arugula leaves
- olive oil
- balsamic cream
Instructions:
Arrange arugula leaves on a shallow platter. Place watermelon cut in cubes, feta cubes, pine nuts and thin onion slices on top. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic cream and it is ready!!!
