 Our trail

Our walk will begin with blue space of the astounding Voidokilia beach (a place mentioned at the beginning of the Odyssey epic) and it will continue through sandy dunes and coastal woodland strips with breathtaking views leading to another blue space area, a less frequented scenic beach called Glossa.

On our way we will encounter a historical landmark from the Mycynean period known as the tomb of Thrasimidis (King Nestor’s son) and once at the beach we will create together an eco-art piece with beach pebbles.

FYI. This beach boasts abundant white clay, offering you the opportunity to indulge in a soothing mud bath if you desire. It is a perfect destination for families, with its gentle and shallow waters ensuring the safety of children. However, please be aware that as this beach is somewhat secluded, there may be nudists present.

General information

This is a very slow and relaxed walk with a route no more than 1 km and of approximately 3 hrs in total for all the activities. We start with an opening circle where I will tell you more about the walk and the area and where we can meet each other and ground ourselves in the space. Throughout the walk, you will be given a series of “invitations,” all of which allow you to drop into the body and be in relation with the environment. Guides work in partnership with the natural environment to see what nature is offering that day. This means every walk is a completely different experience.

There will be opportunities on the walk to share stories and connect with other participants. The walk will close with a circle. This is a come as you are space, meaning all ways of being are welcome.

Wearing weather-appropriate attire is advised, including comfortable closed-toe walking shoes. Additionally, please remember to bring along essentials such as water, sunscreen, and anti-mosquito cream.
